HCG Diet & Bio-Identical Hormones

I am a menopausal women and 4 years ago I found bio-identical hormones.  I was also over weight and found the HCG diet.  I have been a nurse practitioner for 13 yrs. and have varied experiences. I am a certified urology nurse practitioner. I have trained under Dr. Laura Berman in California learning about female sexual dysfunction.  The last 4 years I have been promoting health and wellness for women and men by correcting hormonal imbalances.  Hormonal imbalances include the sex hormones, adrenal, and thyroid. The last 3 years I have been offering nutritional counseling, weight management and the HCG diet.

HCG DIET
What is HCG?  HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin.  It is a hormone naturally produced in large quantity during pregnancy.  Dr. ATW Simeons, the doctor who developed and worked with the protocol for about 20 yrs., found small regular doses of HCG caused the body to release abnormal fat when used in conjunction with a specific daily diet. At the end of the diet the theory is that you will lose weight, reset your metabolism and maintain weight loss.  You will also have an understanding of the importance of hormonal, adrenal, thyroid, digestion, and exercise in weight management for lifetime health and wellness.
 
Bio-Identical Hormones
What are bio-identical hormones?  Bio-identical hormones are hormones that are chemically identical to the hormones naturally produced by your own body.  These are hormones that are derived from a plant source. If you have any of the following symptoms, you have indicators for hormonal imbalances.  Increased stress, weight gain, irritability, fatigue, hot flashes, night sweats, food cravings or difficulty concentrating.  If you have any or all of these.
